Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between Deinspar Ltd ("Deinspar", "we", "us" or "our") and each person or business using the Deinspar Creator Platform ("Creator", "Artist" or "you").

The Creator Platform is available at b2b.deinspar.com and allows approved creators to submit artwork, manage selected profile and payout settings, review products, see performance information, participate in community features and access other creator tools made available by Deinspar.

By registering for, accessing or continuing to use the Creator Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you use the platform on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Information provided during registration and account use must be accurate and kept reasonably up to date. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

Registration does not guarantee acceptance. We may review a creator's portfolio, originality, visual identity and suitability for the Deinspar marketplace before approving an account or publishing any artwork.

Some account details can be managed directly in the Creator Dashboard. Other details, including certain identity or account information, may require assistance from our support team.

You retain ownership of the copyright and other intellectual property rights that you hold in your original artwork. Deinspar does not acquire ownership of your artwork merely because you upload or submit it.

By submitting artwork, you grant Deinspar a non-exclusive, worldwide licence for as long as reasonably necessary to review, host, display, reproduce, adapt for production, create product previews or mockups, market, promote, print, package, distribute and sell approved products featuring that artwork.

This licence includes the right to use service providers acting on our behalf, such as production, fulfilment, hosting, technology and marketing partners, only to the extent reasonably required to operate the service and fulfil orders.

Your relationship with Deinspar is non-exclusive. Unless we separately agree otherwise in writing, you remain free to display, license or sell your artwork elsewhere.

You confirm that you created the artwork or otherwise hold all rights and permissions needed for its commercial use. Artwork must not infringe copyright, trade marks, privacy, publicity or other rights belonging to another person.

Submitting artwork does not mean that it has been approved or will be published. Deinspar may review submissions for quality, technical suitability, originality, legal risk and fit with the marketplace.

We may approve, reject, request changes to, pause, unpublish or remove a product when reasonably necessary. This includes cases involving quality concerns, rights complaints, legal issues, technical problems, customer experience or changes to the marketplace.

Where deletion is available in the Creator Dashboard, a creator may request removal of an eligible product. Removal may not be immediate and does not cancel orders already placed, products already in production, completed sales or obligations that reasonably need to survive removal.

Creators currently earn 30% of the net sales price for each eligible print sold. The Creator Dashboard is the primary record of creator sales and earnings.

Earnings may be adjusted where an order is refunded, cancelled, reversed, charged back or otherwise ceases to be an eligible completed sale. We will not treat the same sale as payable more than once.

Deinspar may change creator commission rates for future sales by giving reasonable notice. Any individually agreed rate confirmed by Deinspar in writing or displayed as applicable to your account will take precedence for the relevant period.

There are currently no listing fees or upfront fees for submitting artwork to the Creator Platform.

Sales from the first through the last calendar day of a month form that month's payout period. The related payout is currently scheduled for the 15th of the following month. For example, eligible September sales are scheduled for payout on 15 October.

A scheduled payout date is the date on which we intend to process or initiate the payout. The time at which funds reach your bank or payment account can vary depending on the payment provider, banking network, currency, weekends, holidays, compliance checks or other factors outside our reasonable control.

A 3.5% processing fee per payout currently applies. Where a currency conversion or receiving-bank fee is imposed by a third party, that fee may be outside Deinspar's control.

Available payout methods and currencies are shown in Dashboard → Payouts. You are responsible for providing correct payout details. We may pause a payout where information is missing, appears incorrect, requires verification or where we reasonably need to investigate fraud, sanctions, legal or security concerns.

Eligible creators may receive access to a personal affiliate link or code after their Deinspar collection is connected and the affiliate feature is activated for their account.

The current programme uses a 30-day attribution period after the latest valid affiliate click. Affiliate commission is payable only on eligible referred purchases of that creator's own artworks, unless Deinspar states otherwise.

Current affiliate tiers are 5% for orders 1–50, 7.5% for orders 51–100 and 10% from order 101 onward. Affiliate earnings are additional to ordinary creator earnings where a sale meets the programme rules.

We may disregard self-referrals, fraudulent traffic, manipulated attribution, cancelled or refunded orders, duplicate transactions, misuse of promotional methods or other activity that does not represent a genuine eligible referral.

Deinspar manages the customer-facing sale and coordinates printing, production, packaging, payment collection, fulfilment, shipping, customer service and returns for products sold through the Deinspar marketplace.

Deinspar may select or change production and fulfilment partners, product materials, packaging, shipping providers or operational processes where reasonably necessary to operate the marketplace, provided this does not change your ownership of the underlying artwork.

Customer pricing, promotions, shipping offers, returns, fulfilment decisions and customer-service remedies are managed by Deinspar unless we have expressly agreed different commercial terms with you.

You must use the Creator Platform lawfully and in good faith. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious or technically harmful material; impersonate another person; interfere with the platform; attempt unauthorised access; misuse creator or customer data; or use automated methods in a way that harms the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information, metadata, descriptions and rights statements you provide about your artwork.

If we receive a credible rights complaint concerning your content, you agree to provide reasonable information needed to investigate it. We may temporarily remove affected material while a complaint is reviewed.

Creators are responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax, reporting, registration and invoicing obligations in the jurisdictions that apply to them.

Information shown in the Creator Dashboard, payout summaries or support responses is not tax, legal or accounting advice. You should obtain professional advice where needed.

Deinspar may request tax, identity or business information where reasonably required by law, payment providers or regulatory obligations.

We aim to keep the Creator Platform reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

Features may evolve over time. We may add, change, test, restrict or discontinue platform functionality where reasonably necessary, including dashboard tools, analytics, upload options, community features and support functionality.

The platform may include automated or AI-assisted support features. These tools are intended to help with routine platform questions and may escalate account-specific or sensitive matters to a human support agent. Automated responses do not override these Terms or any written agreement with Deinspar.

You may request closure of your creator account. Unless a different written arrangement applies, account closure is subject to 14 days' notice so that we can process outstanding operational matters.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, serious misconduct, infringement, unlawful activity, a material breach of these Terms, a security risk or conduct that could cause material harm to Deinspar, customers, other creators or third parties.

On termination, approved content may remain accessible for a limited period where required to complete existing orders, process returns, meet legal obligations, maintain records or resolve disputes. Outstanding eligible earnings remain subject to the normal payout process and any lawful adjustments.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Deinspar is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated profit or loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.

You remain responsible for claims arising from artwork or materials you submit where you did not hold the rights, permissions or authority that you represented you held.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship between you and Deinspar. Creators participate independently.

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Creator Platform, you acknowledge that account, operational, payout, security and support communications may be necessary to provide the service.

You may manage optional email preferences through the Creator Dashboard where available. Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending essential account, security, legal, payout or service communications.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the platform, commercial arrangements, legal requirements or our operations. Where a change materially affects creators, we will provide reasonable advance notice by email, through the Creator Platform or by another appropriate method.

Changes will apply from the stated effective date. Continued use of the Creator Platform after that date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a material change, you may stop using the platform and request account closure.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory legal rights or jurisdiction rules that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
